• The Music Quarter in Enschede is looking for improving both the building structure and the cooperation between the different users. An important point of attention is that the activities that take place inside are hardly visible for passers -by outside. This keeps the building underentuted as a cultural meeting place in the city. Although several attempts have been made in the past to tackle these bottlenecks, these initiatives were ultimately not implemented. With this tender, the users and the municipality of Enschede want to take a renewed and concrete step Towards workable plans that actually contribute to the desired improvements.
