Description:
A new agreement must be concluded for the regular cleaning maintenance at the head office and laboratory at Aquapark in Veendam and for more specialist maintenance at all locations (floor maintenance, window cleaning, etc.), with an effective date of April 1, 2024. The purpose of this tendering is to reach an Agreement with one Contractor. This contract will be awarded to the Tenderer who has submitted the Quotation with the best price-quality ratio. Through this tender, Waterschap Hunze en Aa's wishes to achieve the following: Ensuring qualitythrough optimal quality of service and measurable results Optimizing communication surrounding planning, implementation and delivery of periodic maintenance (floor maintenance and window cleaning) The most stable possible staffing (of the Contractor) Achieving the highest within budgetbare sustainability level with regard to environmental impact Encouraging good employment practices and/or social return
