- The agreement consists of the implementation and provision of an application landscape for the municipality of Best to perform its tasks in the field of the Social Domain:
The scope of the assignment because the following application functions (GEMMA2);
Social Support Actng Wmo 2015 including Sheltered Housing (hereinafter Wmo2015);
Youth Act (hereinafter Jw);
Participation Act (hereinafter (Pw);
Inburgering Act (hereinafter Wi);
Child Care Act (hereinafter Wk);
Student Transport (hereinafter Lv);
Social medical indication (SMI);
Disabled parking card (GPK).
The application landscape must alsoinclude one solution for archiving, a document generator, support for work processes and the necessary data links.
The application landscape can also be expanded in the future by supporting the processes of other task fields, such as the Municipal Debt Assistance Act (Wgs) and Objection and Appeal.
