- The municipality of Zwolle, also on behalf of the municipality of Westerveld, is subject to law and regulations that prescribe that certain information must be made public. To prevent privacy -sensitive (personal) data from being published, it is necessary that the municipality purchases a solution (being Saas) (including implementation and training) that facilitates anonymization of files. Well -known examples of this law and regulations are the Open Government Act (WOO), the General Provisions for Environmental Law (Wabo) and the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).
