Description:
KVK has used a dynamic purchase system (DAS) via in recent years. The previously announced use of the KVK tie ran until 31 January. Through this announcement on TenderNed, KVK says to candidates and suppliers that use of the current DAS (incl. Underlying conditions) will continue until at 31 May 2025. Suppliers already admitted to this DAS do not have to register again; Their previous registration/admission remains valid. From 1 June 2025 a new tie will apply which will be announced in the coming period via TenderNed (through Merccell) and for which candidates can also register via TenderNed (through a link to). KVK reserves the right to be able to terminate the DAS annually, without giving reasons, and reserves the right to spend hiring assignments in a different way than through the DAS.
