Description:
The municipality of Velsen has Bureau HHM carry out a cost price study to arrive at realistic Wmo rates for guidance within the renovated Skaeve Huse facility. Skaeve Huse is a residential project that will soon consist of six small independent social housing units rental properties. These homes are intended for people with an individual lifestyle that does not fit in with a group or neighborhood. People with this form of life cause nuisance in a regular living environment due to their multiple problems. These rates for Skaeve Huse will form the basis for the tender for guidance within the renovated facility later this year.
