Note: This procedure is only intended (except with regard to segment 2 Wonen) for care providers who have already concluded an agreement with service organization Youth South Holland Zuid.
Parties who now have no agreement with the SOJ ZHZ cannot participate in this tender (except with regard to segment 2)
This procedure relates to the Judges Act Implementation Agreements that we, the Service Organization Youth South Holland Zuid (hereinafter: SOJ ZHZ), on January 1, 2018 (or after) with youth care providers. These agreements were extended in June 2021 up to and including 31 December 2022.
The current Agreements Implementation Services Youth Act "Open House" are known under the following titles:
Youth Assistance, former AWBZ 2018 - 2020
Youth & Opvoedhulp 2018-2020
Youth assistance at school 2020-2022
Treatment EED 2018-2020
Youth GGZ 2018-2020
Certified Settings 2018-2020
Foster care 2018-2020
Change of agreements
Hereby we let you know that we definitively change the current agreements as mentioned above, on the basis of Article 8 of the current agreement, in an agreement with a general part and special parts (per segment).
