a. This pre-information notice is solely intended to investigate the degree of cross-border interest with regard to the operation of fairground attractions;
b. It should be expressly noted that no concession is issued for the organization of the entire fair, these organizationssation remains with the municipality and each attraction is purchased separately;
c. this pre-information notice is not a tendering procedure and no rights can be derived from it to hold a public procedure and, again, this pre-information notice is only intended to investigate howfar there is a cross-border interest; and
d.on the basis of the reactions to this pre-announcement, it will be determined whether and what degree of public access is required, whereby in the event of public access, the municipality intends to publish in trade fair magazines in the Netherlands, Belgium en Duitsland.
