The reason The market consultation is held in preparation for a new European tender for security services. With this consultation, the municipality wants to obtain market insights to better tailor the tender strategy, scope and requesting current developments and possibilities.Description of the assignment The municipality of Amsterdam has started the specification phase for the European tendering of security services aimed at opening and closing buildings, alarm follow -up and specific activities on call. The service must be 24 hours a day, 7 days a weekBeing available and focusing on guaranteeing safety, continuity and accessibility of municipal locations. The assignment includes the opening and closing of buildings where no man protection is present, following alarms via a private alarm center (PAC),Key management and cooperation with, among others, the reception, facility teams and the regional alarm center. In addition, it is about deployment on call, such as emergency openings, supervision in parks, mobile surveillance and advice on improving the services.
