Description:
The municipality of Amsterdam has a total of seven recycling points where both citizens and companies can offer their bulky waste. At six of these recycling points, roof waste, other rubber and non-ferrous materials are placed in smaller containers, also called portal containers, due to limited space available.d, deposited. At the smallest recycling point on Rozenburglaan, the plaster and soil are also dumped into portal containers. The portal containers are owned by the municipality, but the municipality does not have the equipment to transport these portal containers.
