Description: The municipalities of Emmen, Coevorden and Borger - Odoorn (hereinafter referred to as; Municipalities) make use of Panorama images for different purposes from street level, aerial photographs, Obliek statues and viewers for the opening of these images. These images are currently being sought and accessible for different contractors by means of different viewers. Pay attention to: asking questions and submitting a registration must take place in the relevant plot. Procedured tendering takes place according to the European public procedure in accordance with Chapter 2.26 of the Procurement Act. This procedure means that any interested person who meets the set requirements may submit a registration and may compete for award of the assignment. The area on the attached map must be collected annually. The municipality of Emmen is a leader for this tender. In preparation for this tender, market consultation interviews took place with service providers and advisers in both plots.
