- Description:
- The municipality of The Hague (hereinafter: the contracting author/client) is looking for a contractor who is able to perform various advisory services that are required for the renewal of the Binckhorst Bridge and wishes to bind this contractor for the duration of the project. The advisory servicesinclude, among other things: a. Drawing up the preliminary design; b. drawing up a construction team agreement for contracting a contractor for the implementation of the project; c. support during the tendering process for contracting the contractor mentioned under paragraph b; d.Drawing up the final design in collaboration with the contractor; e. advisory services for the construction team; f. The preparation of an agreement for contracting work for the realization of the project based on the UAV 2012. G. Advisory services for contract managementfor the agreement mentioned in paragraph f; h. Technical back office during the implementation of the project; i. Optional: Management & Supervision during the implementation of the project. The duration of the assignment is estimated at around 3.5 years. The start of the agreement is foreseen from September 2025And start with the VO phase. The start of the tender for the realization contract is foreseen in January 2026, after which the do-phase will start from August 2026. The assignment ends after the delivery of the realization project, provided in December 2028.
