In the coming years, Vista College wants its ownership locations located at Valkenburgerweg 148 in Heerlen, Sibemaweg 20 in Maastricht and Arendstraat 12 in Sittardgeleen (further) more sustainable. The three locations include more than 73,000 m2 GFA; The building years of the various buildings and building parts vary from the beginning of 1960 to 2021. Vista College wants to meet the legal obligations in the field of energy saving and reduction of CO2, by, among other things, complying with the Energy Measures List (EML) for educational institutions and the Environmental Management Act and the Environmental Management Act . The scope of the sustainability statement within this assignment concerns the three of the aforementioned buildings owned. In this context, the ownership location at Schandelermolenweg 21 in Heerlen will not be taken into account in this context, in view of the planning still to be developed around this location.
