- The Contracting Authority wishes to enter into an Agreement with one Contractor and is therefore looking for a Contractor who offers standard educational software solutions, building blocks and integration options in the form of SaaS Cloud services with which, after an implementation program, at leastInst the current MyNIPVE exams can be replaced and optionally other educational processes of the Contracting Authority and/or Safety Regions can be supported.
The desired end result is a DLWO backbone: a set of educational software solutions (building blocks) with which at least theexamination function of the Contracting Authority is supported and with which (parts of) the education function of the Contracting Authority can be supported if desired and/or can be linked to the Safety Regions. Technical application management, release management, service management andmanaged hosting is provided by the Contractor.
