Description:
The assignment includes the statutory audits of the annual accounts and the management report of HDSR for the financial years 2024 and 2025 (with the option to extend the agreement 3 times for the financial years 2026 and 2027 and only in very unforeseen circumstances also the financial year 2028). The scope of the assignmentIt consists of the following services:
- the certification function;
- the assessment of the annual accounts and assessment of the management report;
- the natural advisory function that includes: being a sparring partner, being a source of information in the field of (financial) legality and requested/unrequestedadvise agd in response to observations.
The audit activities for the (financial) accountability to the subsidy providers also fall under the scope of the assignment (special declarations of subsidies).
