- The general board of VRLN is the client for the work related to the control of the annual reports of the organization, they have a framework -setting and controlling task. Article 213, paragraph 2 of the Municipalities Act stipulates that the general board must tax one auditor with the audit of the annual accounts and the provision of an auditor's report and a report of findings. The Control Regulation states that the general board appoints an accountant for a maximum period of five years. For the inspection of the annual reports for the 2025 up to and including 2029, tendering of the audit firm is necessary. The Executive Board has prepared this tender in consultation with the General Board.
