Description: The municipal council of the municipality of Voorst starts a tendering procedure for the performance of services in the context of the legal audit. The activities include in outline: the check of the annual reports and the provision of an opinion on the annual accounts (general certification function); performing an annual interim check; giving administrative support; performing the natural advisory function. The agreement has an initial term from 1 April 2023 to 30 June 2027. The agreement can then be extended by one year, up to and including 30 June 2029. The agreement relates to the financial years 2023, 2024 when maximum use of the option years , 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028. The procedure is a public European tendering procedure. The course of the tendering procedure is described in the guideline. The entire procedure focuses on contracting one contractor for the execution of the assignment.
