Description:
Leiden University is in use for access to buildings and the identification of unauthorized access (burglary, theft), among other things, a Nedap AEOS system. This includes electronic door locks, access gates that can be opened with an authorized pass,Pas readers, motion detectors and door magnets that can be used to detect whether doors can be opened undesirably.
The university decreases the equipment and services for the above facilities from different suppliers. To continue and/or expand the facilities, it isnecessary to periodically conclude new agreements. These are agreements for the supply of equipment, management of the facilities, installation work, licenses and services for systems with which the facilities are controlled and monitored. It can be advantageous for thisand be effective to conclude agreements with a limited number of suppliers for combinations of (integrated) products and services.
