Description: The present command concerns the provision of additional, mobile, test capacity of at least 200 mobile test recording sites where we assume 20 tests per hour per take-off site. This is when there is scarcity (in capacity) that cannot be filled in by the fixed test provider whether there is a test requirement to be performed at a location whereby a fixed test location is therefore not sufficient.
With mobile test capacity, test capacity intended to be temporarily built up and rebuilt and that meets all associated requirements.
The test location is determined in consultation. In the case of an event, the location is determined with the organizer of an event on or near the event site the test location (s).
