Description:
The municipality of Leiderdorp has been working on the preparations for several years in collaboration with Sports Funds Leiderdorp BV to come up with a large -scale maintenance moment of Sportcentrum De Does. The De Does Sports Center has a rich history of outdoor swimming pool with lawn in 1957 to a fully -fledged sports complex. The complex has Meerde has undergone several renovations in the past. The current form dates from 1988/89 with large -scale renovations in 2005 and 2012. The complex contains a swimming pool with four basins (competition, instruction, recreation and a swimming basin), a sports hall and various adjacent multifunctional spaces and office spaces. In addition to the basins, the swimming pool has a 40 meter long slide and Turkish steam bath and whirlpool. In the meantime, the complex, located on Amaliaplein on the north side of the A4, is ready for large -scale planned maintenance. A lot of maintenance has been carried out in recent years, but his very large parts have been shifted into maintenance plans
