- The municipality of Leiden and Oegstgeest have tractors for the executive services. These tractors are currently powered by diesel engines. In the period from 2023 to 2024, the contracting authority wants to replace these vehicles with examples, subject to political decision-making.n in accordance with the Schedule of Requirements (See appendices 1 and 2 for more information). The contracting authority is requesting two types of tractors in two lots (See section 1.3 of the tendering guide for information):
•Lot one (1): version one (1) compact tractor;
•Lot two (2): exporting twee (2) grote tractor.
