- The aforementioned energy program Holland Rijnland is the new framework of the work for the coming years. This energy program places the RES 1.0 in the broader framework of the development of the regional energy system. In this, the region will continue to make the making of energy demand, supply and infrastructure more sustainable. This also makes the relationship between the development of the energy system on the one hand and spatial and economic developments on the other. This tender includes offering support in the context of (1) the implementation of the energy program in the form of advice, technical expertise, products and capacities for the energy program in which the implementation of the RES 1.0 is included. (2) Support in capacity and knowledge to strengthen the implementing power of the municipalities. The contracting authority focuses on three flows: 1. Energy system; 2. Heat; 3. Sustainable generation and landscape.
