- The Social Support Act (WMO) obliges the municipality to support its citizens in their self -reliance and participation. In that light, the municipality of Rotterdam provides aids to citizens with a disability, ranging from wheelchairs, residential aids (eg Tillift) to Transport facilities (e.g., mobility scooters).
