- This non-public tender deals with the selection of a contractor for the realization of the new building Da Costa School (approx. 1,450 m2) with schoolyard incl. Gymzaal (approx. 550 m2) in the Afrikaanderwijk in Rotterdam. The school must comply with the Frisse Schools Basse B ambition profile, with the exception of Aspect "Quality of the supply air" where class A must be achieved. The building must meet the BENG standard (almost energy-neutral buildings) and also at least meet BREEAM certificate Good or a GPR of 7.5 on average.
