Description:
The Ministry of Defense is going to invest heavily in its people and equipment. In collaboration with the Central Government Real Estate Agency (RVB), the outdated real estate will also be tackled in the coming years. An exceptionally large number of buildings are made sustainable and future -proof, so that it fits with a modern and growing armed forces. Real estate that is functional, future -proof, sustainable and structurally affordable. The Bernhard barracks in Amersfoort is one of the locations where we are working object -oriented with demolition, (re) new construction and renovation. A large -scale revitalization, for which the RVB selects a number of integral design teams. In total, these are 6 plots with architecture, construction, sustainability, architecture/building physics, installation technology and cost expertise and 1 plot with landscape architecture, site technology, underground and above -ground infrastructure and cost expertise.
