- Many bridges and viaducts in the Netherlands were built in the decades after the Second World War. Since then, traffic has been intensified; There is more traffic and traffic has become much heavier. As a result, objects reach the end of their technical lifespan rather than originally foreseen. A number of these objects have been designated as priority projects within the renewal statement of Rijkswaterstaat. Rijkswaterstaat buys the knowledge and capacity required for the implementation of the planning phase, contract preparation and tender. With this tendering procedure, Rijkswaterstaat intends to conclude the framework agreement for the above services for samples and concrete bridges and viaducts with a maximum of six tenderers, namely one for each of the 3 work packages under the plots of bridges and concrete bridges.
