- This basic maintenance contract concerns the fixed maintenance of the storm surge barrier Rampol (SVKR). The SVKR is an inflatable bellows, which closes the black lake of the Ketelmeer with high tide and thus guarantees the safety of the hinterland. The SVKR consists of three balls of approx. 80 meters long, 11 meters wide and 13 meters high. There is a maintenance season and a storm season. The fixed maintenance consists of the disciplines; E, WTB, Civiel and IA (not being decision & operating systems). The maintenance is prescribed in work instructions. In addition, there are two adjustable posts for deductible activities, one adjusting post for resolving malfunctions, corrective maintenance, inspections and asset management advice and a second adjusting post for setting up small variable maintenance.
