- In this assignment we want to shape a new long -term cooperation agreement Alliance Freight Transport Models (hereinafter: Alliance GVM) with a dozen market parties. The Alliance GVM aims at close collaboration with and between market parties, which is necessary for the development of high -quality strategic goods transport models, such as they are managed by Rijkswaterstaat. The formation of Alliance GVM has the following objectives in concrete terms: working on a large goal: to build the best possible model for freight transport in the Netherlands to prepare reference forecast. Knowledge structure and knowledge sharing on freight transport forecasts, freight transport models, management and maintenance of the Basgoed model. Stimulate innovation through open and transparent cooperation. You can respond flexibly to policy questions, new insights and necessary improvements.
