- This project concerns the procurement requirement to draw up reference forecasts for 2025 for the NRM and LMS, which are based on updated basic data and where part of the model renewal is implemented. The principles are also based on the updated Welfare and Living Environment Scenarios of the Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency (PBL). These scenarios (WLO-2024) are currently being updated.
The intended project result of this purchase is:
•Generating input data for the new base year 2022;
•Supplying Reference Forecasts 2025 for NRM (target years 2040 en 2050, both WLO scenarios);
•Providing Reference Forecasts 2025 for LMS (target years 2040, 2050 and 2060, both WLO scenarios).
