Description: The need of the Coast Guard for the deployment of two Emergency Response and Rescue Vessels (ERRVs) for securing the wind farms within NL-EEZ, whereby an emergency towage connection and ships can be made in a safe manner under all circumstances. and / or floating objects can be brought and kept in a safe position and the ensuing assignment to the Government Shipping Company to meet this need or have it met, are the reason for this tender. As a client and principal of the Government Shipping Company, the Coast Guard has formulated requirements that the requested services must meet. These requirements are further elaborated in the specification as part of the contract documents.
