Description: Over 14 km, the highway will be widened in one direction in both directions. The main features of this section are: reconstruction of the A1 motorway, between Apeldoorn and Twello, including entrances and exits and connecting roads; reconstruction of the A1 and A50 motorway intersection, including entrances and exits; replacement and maintenance of works of art in and under / over the A1; reconstruction of two service areas. Adjustments to Dynamic Traffic Management System; necessary adjustments to the underlying road network; necessary measures for integration, such as noise barriers, divers and waterways.
It is a "design and construct" agreement. The global planning is that the contractor draws up the design in 2022 and realizes road widening in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
