- This tender relates to the development of 20 project -based homes in the village of De Hofjes. De Hofjes is the fourth village that is being developed within the 'De Vier Villas' area. These villages stem from the different identities of the adjacent neighborhoods. The Jacobuslaan and the Double Wetering link the four villages together. An important feature of the design for De Hofjes is that all homes are situated on high -quality green public spaces, such as the green zone with the Perenlaantje. The Perenlaantje has traditionally been a striking 'Berceau' of pear trees that cuts through the eastern part of the follow -up countries over a length of approximately 550 meters. The atmosphere of Perenlaantje, centrally located in the Hofjes, is characterized by living on the green and small -scale buildings.
