Description: The Executive Board will develop former airport Valkenburg to a residential area with approx. 5,600 homes, called Valkenhorst. The houses and the main structure of roads, water and green will be laid out in phases, in a period of 10 to 15 years.
The Executive Board is responsible for the construction of the area to (private) project developers and for the construction of the main structures roads, water and green.
The Executive Board is looking for 3 (three) engineering firms that support it in the coming 2 to 4 years by concretising the further planning effect on the basis of the urban development framework.
On the one hand, the required support is defining & organizing (planning the work: support integrated realization management) and on the other hand perform & produce (Doing the work: production capacity).
