Description:
The aim of this maintenance order is to restore the buildings of PI Haaglanden location Scheveningen to such a state of maintenance that they can be kept in a future-proof, workable and safe condition. This concerns maintenance of the following eight buildings: G03 (Unit 05 andUnit 12, Hospital) G04 (Unit 11, Canteen/kitchen/restaurant) G10 (Unit 01, Sports and Work) G11 (Unit 03, PPC) G12 (Unit 10, Unit Center) G13 (Part of Unit 01) G14 (Unit 04A, UN building) G18 (Unit 14, Entrance Building) In short, the assignment consists of the following activities: Replacement of stableand facades; Exterior painting of frames and structures; Roofing: minor maintenance; Facade: repair cracks in masonry and mainly repair joints; Exterior sun protection: make it work and/or renew it; Repair some lightning protection devices; Replacement of outdoor fixtures in LED lighting;Engineering for the development of facades in building G10, G11 and G12
