Description:
With the arrival of the F-35 aircraft, Volkel air base must be adapted. This varies from adjustments to existing buildings to new construction. The current project concerns the preparation of the site for new construction and more specifically for component maintenance (CO). CO hoYou are involved in carrying out maintenance on components of Dutch fighter aircraft. Preparing this location for construction consists of: removing stumps of wood, demolishing buildings 871, 160, 055, 1104 and 027/H2, removing above-ground infrastructure, removing underground networkn, detection of conventional explosives, remediation of contaminated soil, earthwork and other work. The site must also be delivered clean in order to be able to properly manage progress. The scope of the assignment essentially consists of: - Assignment phases: 1, consisting of: implementation. The agreementmst is entered into for a period of 120 workable working days. The preparation of the site for construction covers an area of approximately 3.4 hectares. This site is partly built and partly paved. There are various underground networks within the site with various house connections to existing buildings.- 5 buildings to be removed, including asbestos removal; total surface area approx. 3,800 m2 GFA, largest building (027) GFA = approx. 3,568 m2 - Paving to be removed; concrete approx. 2,600 m2, tar-containing asphalt approx. 200 m2, element pavements approx. 1,800 m2, foundation layer approx. 1,0000 m2 - Surface to be removed...
