Description: The National Real estate company will replace the control technical installations (and building automation of the Walterboscomplex and Quintax (Complexes Tax Authorities in Apeldoorn) on the basis of an integrated DB contract as part of the major maintenance program.
Hereby the control installations must be replaced with the locations with building bound installations where 'normal' primary processes of the tax authorities are facilitated such as office environments. Some special spaces are also connected to this, such as the print-after-processing spaces and some data azales. In short, it comes down to replace all building automation (primary processes and space schemes), which is connected to the current Scada IFIX Building Management System (in short: GBS). The GBS will also be replaced.
