Defense wants to provide military personnel (and visitors) on mission with opportunities to keep in touch with homefront, and also access to internet, telephone, television and radio from the Netherlands. Much of this communication will take place via the Internet. Defense calls this service to employees E-Welfare. The need includes a framework contract for four years
