Description:
The complex of the Rjji den Heyacker in Breda does not meet the current requirements and standards of the DJI. In addition, bottlenecks have arisen over the years as a result of the various extensions and renovations. The RVB has investigated how the complex is programmatic, in terms of safety, logistics, functional, technical and in terms of image quality to be updated in order to better prepare the Justitiabels for returning to society and at the same time can be made more sustainable. This has resulted in a scope, which tackles the complex through a large -scale renovation incl. New construction. Because the RJJI Den Heyacker remains in use during the renovation work, it is necessary to have good coordination between the renovation work and the daily management and maintenance of the complex. For that reason, the integral management of the entire complex is also part of the scope.
