- The project concerns the design of the new construction of the teaching building as a school for non-commissioned officers (Schooff, current building number B001) at Fort Harssens in Den Helder (object number 09D04), which is used for various purposes including teaching facilities and painting and workshop facilities (both for the Defense Sailing School and for the Port Facilities Product Group). The sailing training courses of the Defense Sailing School (DVS, part of NLBEOPS) are provided from the Schooff building. In addition, the Schooff building houses the Kabelgat, part of the Port Facilities product group within MAROST.
