- The aim of the tender is to conclude a framework agreement for carrying out the following work: carrying out civil engineering maintenance on concrete structures. Civil engineering maintenance consists of preventive and corrective work, such as but not limited to:works for:
- aesthetic and technical concrete repairs to:
o interior and exterior walls, ceilings, decks, floors of settling tanks, aeration tanks, cellars, mortar and auger beds.
- conservation work;
- surface cleaning;
- repair of pavements;
- apply wearing layers, if these areform an integral part of the repair;
- installation and repair of:
o stairs;
o platforms;
o handrails;
o shutters and drop-through grilles
o wall penetrations
o bridges
- various cleaning activities such as manual high-pressure water (grid )blasting.
- various civil engineering activities, such asrepairing and replacing expansion joints and concrete rot
- Various concrete drilling and sawing work (new penetrations for cables, extra inspection hatch / possible adjustments).
