Description:
De Hartelborgt in Spijkenisse is one of the three locations of the National Judicial Youth Institution (RJJI). Rjji de Hartelborgt offers space for 105 young people between the ages of 12 and 24. Following the required architectural and installation technical replacements in the Rjji de Hartelborgt in Spijkenisse, the Central Government Real Estate Agency (RVB), in collaboration with the Judicial Institutions Agency (DJI), started a project to implement the replacements in integrated through a large -scale renovation. Due to the reason for this project and the government goals, this project was designated as a pilot for the RVB and DJI revitalization program to renovate the entire portfolio of the DJI and to have the government objectives. This assignment relates to the realization of the large -scale renovation incl. Sustainment measures.
