- The aim of this tender is that TU Delft can purchase the Home Finding Services in a transparent and effective manner at the best price-quality ratio, while at the same time giving entrepreneurs a good and fair chance of obtaining the services included in this Invitation to Tender.ing. The services include brokering and renting rental properties for new (or recently) employed TU Delft employees who are moving to the Netherlands from abroad. This includes in any case, but not exclusively:
- organizing an intake mwith (at least) the employee
- searching for suitable housing for the employee
- offering suitable housing to the employee
- renting (assessment of rental agreement, negotiation(s) etc.) of the house for the employee
- taking care of the check-in and, if necessary, the bafter-care after the property has been rented (complaints, problems with the property, etc.)
