Description: This works assignment concerns T.B.v. Designing and building a removable and sustainable animal shelter of a temporary nature to the Abraham of Stolkweg 33 based on a sketch design and program of requirements in the Blijdorp neighborhood. See Info Appendix to this pre-announcement.
The work consists essentially: the municipality of Rotterdam requires a new full and sustainable animal shelter based on the program of requirements and guidelines of the design of animal protection. Modular building should be taken into account that can be applied again after a period of approx. 10 years. The new animal shelter has an area of approximately 2,000 m2. The structure consists of removable elements and built up in 2 storeys. The plot is approximately 5770 m2 and must be provided with new fencing and terrain pavement.
