- The assignment with characteristic 1-D-15322-25 described in this descriptive document is about the preventive, corrective and replacement maintenance of the fully automatic parking installation (VAP) of the Insulindeplein-Heulstraat 7 parking garage in Rotterdam. It is a neighborhood installation garage of the Municipality of Rotterdam, only intended for subscription holders.
The VAP consists of:
• 141 parking spaces.
• 2 input/exit spaces with 2 rotating lifts.
• 3 shuttles.
• 3 parking layers.
• Operation by means of vehicle identification through user pass.
The purpose of this assignment is to take care of the preventive, corrective and replacement maintenance to the VAP.
The size of the assignment concerns it in the condition level, as described in the Program of Requirements (Appendix 1) of:
the entire fully automatic parking system;
It Cardleess system (parking system) at the entrance of the garage including the interface to the central system of the City Management Department - Parking facilities;
The camera system of the VAP.
The total size of the assignment is approximately € 1,000,000 in 4 years, with approximately half of that amount consists of costs for major maintenance, as included in the MJOP (see Appendix 7 price form, tab "MJOP") and the other half relates to the maintenance contract and malfunction and repair maintenance.
The start date of the agreement is expected to be on January 1, 2026.
