Description: The present assignment summarizes to receive, accept and take over ownership, retract, edit/sort, transport and process the old paper and cardboard offered by the municipality, So that it is ready to be recycled. Recycling itself where a new product arises from the OPK is not part of the scope. The collection of OPK of citizens and the business community and the subsequent transport to the sales location is not part of the requested services. These tasks lie at the contracting authority. We use 2 plots with the following size; plot 1 Noord: 7,400 tons of fur paper460 tons of cardboard 1,740 ride plot 2 South: 4,000 tonne fur paper 390 tons of Karton840 Retende Contracting service with this assignment to be supplier Contracting that the activities mentioned in the scope will carry out, whereby the following objectives apply. A minimal environmental impact and a maximum circularity of the OPK, the best possible traceability of the OPK, regional processing into new raw material and a good financial yield for the municipality of Rotterdam.
